Tie up your boat at the back door on new cement dock with pads to protect your boat.  Didn't bring your boat - Just fish off the back dock or lounge by the pool.
 
From water to table, bring home your catch and dress it on the private cleaning station. The open kitchen, dining and den foster good conversation and gathering as meals are prepared and served. Why not enjoy your gathering outdoors on the large sheltered patio.

One guest bedroom holds a queen bed and the other a set of bunk-beds with a trundle bed to sleep four. Both guest bedrooms share a full bathroom.
